Annual Support Plan

$300 Annually per Individual

GoToMeeting remote PC assistance is included with this option. Subscribers to this support plan receive unlimited email support and phone support at no additional cost (one half hour max per phone call). For unique support issues that demand an extended support session, a $50 per hour rate applies to calls after first half hour.

Who should take advantage of this option?

This option is intended to meet several needs:

- New TwoDog users would benefit greatly from this plan

- Individuals who want a higher level of contact with TwoDog Support

- Large organizations can control their support costs by funneling their requests through a single or select few individual(s) using this plan

- Academic, Government, or other organizations with complex billing procedures will benefit from the convenience of single flat fee
