The goal of the Forest Analysis Group is to provide technical analysis of forest resources for a broad range of clients. The Forest Analysis Group will focus on projects that include advanced forest inventory design and implementation, forest growth and yield forecasting, complete and well documented timberland investment due-diligence, wood market supply analyses, forest investment financial projection, and other expert services. These services will be valuable to Timberland Investment Management Organizations, Real Estate Investment Trusts, forest products companies, federal, state, and local governments, and the greater forestry community. James Walters, a registered professional forester and licensed real estate salesperson in the state of West Virginia, will lead the Forest Analysis Group.
