Fountains America Renames Real Estate and Forestry Business Units
(Pittsfield, NH) November 21, 2008: fountains america, a forest management, land brokerage, and GIS services company serving private and institutional timberland investors, announces that Fountains Real Estate, Inc. has been renamed Fountains Land Inc. for closer association with its two-decade tenure of providing land brokerage and consulting services. Additionally, Fountain Forestry, Inc. has been renamed Fountains Forestry Inc. (adding an “s”) to bring the company name into alignment with the global Fountains brand based in the United Kingdom. Fountains Spatial Inc. remains unchanged and all business units will now be doing business under a unified Fountains brand.
 Phil Bryce Appointed President of Fountains America
(Pittsfield, NH) - August 12, 2008: fountains america, a forest management, land brokerage, and GIS services company based in Pittsfield, New Hampshire, announces that Phil Bryce will become president of all US operations within the fountains global group of companies effective September 15. Phil replaces Bruce Jacobs who is retiring after 17 years at the helm of fountains.
Phil Bryce is currently Director of the Division of Forests and Lands for the State of New Hampshire, a position he has held for more than 11 years, and brings to fountains his considerable experience in leading a large and diverse organization.
Bruce Jacobs, who will remain as an advisor to the new president, commented that “Phil brings a level of energy that, combined with his demonstrated leadership and communication skills, is ideally suited to the further growth and development of fountains here in the US. Having brought fountains from a very small regional forestry firm to a multifaceted and global provider of forestry, real estate, and GIS services, I am delighted to hand over the leadership to Phil.
