HUNTINGTON

Cobb Brook Forest: Two (2) 2-acre sites on which to build your camp, or bring a camper. There is a $1,200 annual lease fee for each site. The site is on managed forestland in Huntington Vermont. The parcel is a 900-acre forest with a variety of habitats, from extensive beaver ponds to early Successional to deep woods and plantations. The lot is adjacent to the Huntington Gap Wildlife Management Area and Camels Hump State Park. The VAST snowmobile trail crosses the property.

and much of the Appalachian region including West Virginia, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
