Timber Sale Administration
A timber sale is often a big step for a forest landowner. fountains forestry provides complete timber sale supervision and administration services to consulting, investment and corporate clients. Our professional guidance ensures that your timber is sold at the highest possible price and the forest remains stable after logging and healthy for future growth and value.
Timber harvesting and sale administration services are tailored to your specific needs and we strive to make each operation efficient and productive. Fees are based on a percentage of the net sale income (stumpage), or on an hourly rate plus expenses. The administering forester will calculate a percentage fee based on the anticipated income and complexity of the timber land project. Fees will be detailed in a Forestry Service Contract.

Consultation on access to the property and internal access to the stands to be treated prior to logging timber.
