Essex County

Mount Discovery Forest: +/- 850 acres, Town of Lewis, Essex County. Close to Interstate 87 and great access from town maintained roads. The forest borders the beautiful Boquet River and minutes from public boat launch on Lake Champlain. A beautiful pine oak forest with views of Lake Champlain. Hunting opportunities exist for deer, bear, turkeys and small game.

Drake Mountain Forest: +/- 2,400 acres, Town of Chesterfield, Essex County. Large forested tract with gated access ideal for a large group or club. There is a possibility to split into smaller lease units. Minutes from Interstate 87, Essex Ferry to Vermont and public boat launch on Lake Champlain. Deer are plentiful and additional opportunities for bear and turkey. This would be a great property to practice quality deer management.

Tub Mill Pond Forest: +/-1,206 acres, Town of Moriah, Essex County. The property is only five miles west of the Village of Port Henry and Lake Champlain with easy access from Vermont. From the west Interstate 87 is approximately 10 miles. This forested tract includes a number of ponds including 57 acre Tub Mill Pond which reportedly is great fishing. The main access road is gated and provides tremendous access onto the property. The property is also adjacent to a large tract of NYS Forest Preserve lands. The property offers great big and small game hunting opportunities with the benefit of an exclusive pond for fishing.

St. Lawrence County

Brunner Hill Forest: +/-1,267 acres, Town of Colton, St. Lawrence County. A beautiful property located in the northern Adirondack foothills. Found just south of Potsdam off of State Route 56. The tract is adjacent to the Long Pond Conservation Easement Lands which provide additional recreational opportunities including miles of ATV trails. Besides great hunting land and nearby brook trout fishing opportunities on the Grasse River a main snowmobile trail makes up much of the properties northern border. This is truly a four season recreational use property.

Newton Falls Tracts: +/-250 acres, Town of Clifton, St. Lawrence County. This small tract is located just outside the village of Newton Falls along County Route 60. The tract borders the Oswegatchie River providing exceptional fishing as well as hunting opportunities.

Dead Creek Tract: +/-546 acres, Town of Clifton, St. Lawrence County. The tract is located minutes from Cranberry Lake and 3 miles off State Highway 3 behind a locked access gate. This tract has beautiful hardwood ridges and plentiful softwood wetland areas. Deer and bear hunting are very good with a noticeable turkey population for the turkey hunter. The tract borders Dead Creek and Irish Brook providing some very good native brook trout fishing. The main access road is a snowmobile corridor trail providing a true four season recreational lease opportunity.

Warren County

Partridge Mountain Forest: +/-700 acres, Town of Thurman, Warren County. The property is a short distance from Warrensburg and Interstate 87 but off the beaten path. Access is from a paved town road and a gated internal gravel road. The forest consists of a nice mix of young hardwoods, pine/hemlock and wetlands. The property has abundant deer with opportunities for bear, turkey and other small game.

Dartmouth Road Parcel: +/- 100 acres, Town of Stony Creek, Warren County. The property is located within minutes of the Village of Stony Creek and only 14 miles from the Village of Warrensburg and Interstate 87. Access is directly from a town maintained road. The forest is mostly northern hardwood, including red oak, with some areas of hemlock providing great wildlife habitat.

Clinton County

Behan Brook Parcel: +/- 171 acres, Town of Saranac, Clinton County. This parcel is located just outside the village of Dannemora in the foothills between the Champlain River Valley and the Adirondacks. The property is minutes away from Plattsburgh with easy access to Vermont. Access to the property is from a well maintained public road. The property consists of a young hardwood forest. Chazy Lake is nearby and can offer some great fishing opportunities for the multi use sportsman.

Lewis County

Osceola Forest: +/-1,080 acres, Town of Osceola, Lewis County. This tract sites on the Tug Hill Plateau. Access off the North Osceola Road is gated providing a private retreat for the hunting and snowmobiling enthusiast. The property is located minutes from the Salmon River Reservoir and some tremendous fishing opportunities. Syracuse is just over an hours drive away. The forest is made up of mostly northern hardwoods with numerous wetlands providing excellent wildlife and hunting experiences.
